The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equitable practices as a means to achieving an inclusive campus environment and excellence in higher education. The Creating Inclusive Communities Video Project is an opportunity to bring together stories and portraits to help people envision "community" in a different way.

Goals of this project:

• It's a celebration of the experiences and perspectives that make members of the CALS community unique - and uniquely human.
• It's a resource for initiating conversations about diversity and inclusion.
• It's a call to action, urging higher education leaders and students to ensure our campus communities are welcoming, caring and empathetic.
